.75oz Monin Strawberry Rhubarb Puree
.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2oz Woodford reserve
8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
Place Basil and Lemon juice in tin
Muddle for 10 seconds
Add Ice
Add Puree and Bourbon
Shake until tin is frosty
Place 1 strawberry and lemon round along inside of glass
Ice glass
Strain ingredients over fresh ice
Add fresh mint sprig on top of ice, resting above rim
