• GLASS: Wine Glass

• GARNISH: 2 slices Dehydrated pear

Aperol	2oz
Pear juice	1.5oz
Cinnamon syrup	bar spoon
Prosecco	3oz
Club soda	1oz

Procedure

1. Build in wine glass

2. Add cinnamon syrup with bar spoon

3. Stir

4. Add 2 slices of Dehydrated pear
