  • Garnish: Dehydrated Pineapple wheel and lime

  • Glass: Double Rocks

Ingredients Amount

St George Gin

1-1/2 oz

Yellow Chartreuse

1/2 oz

Lemon Juice

1/2 oz

Pineapple Juice

1/4 oz

Cayenne Simple Syrup

1/4 oz

Procedure

  1. Add gin, chartreuse, lemon, pineapple and simple syrup to mixing tin.

  2. Shake, shake, shake

  3. Dip glass into sugar and cayenne mix.

  4. Add fresh ice and double strain into glass

  5. Top with dehydrated pineapple and lime
