Lemon	.5os
Real Raspberry syruo	.5oz
egg white	1

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients to shaker without ice

2. Shake for 15 sec

3. Add ice shake for 10 sec

4. Strain into coupe

5. 3 dots of raspbery syrup
