Smoked Rosemary Bourbon Sour

GLASS: Coupe
GARNISH: Rosemary Sprig
Ingredients | Amount |
Makers Mark | 1-3/4 oz |
Simple Syrup | 1/2 oz |
Fresh Lemon Juice | 3/4 oz |
Place 3 inch sprig of rosemary in coupe glass
Lightly torch to create smoke with out burning
Add all ingredients to shaker tin
Shake hard till tin is frosty
Strain over rosemary into Coupe glass
2 dashes of bitter over top
Fresh Rosemary
Requires a hard shake to acquire the froth
Bitters should be on top of froth
