Simple Syrup

Lemon Juice

1.4 oz

Nicolas Feuillatte

2 oz

Procedure

  1. Fill mixing glass with ice

  2. Add first three ingredients

  3. Hard shake for 15 seconds

  4. Strain into flute glass

  5. Top with champagne tableside

  6. Garnish with lemon peel
