French 75 (Cognac)

• Garnish: Lemon Peel, Champagne

• Glass: Flute

• French 95: Replace Gin with Bourbon

• French 76: Replace Gin with Vodka

Ingredients	Amount
Courvoisier VS	1-1/4 oz
Simple Syrup	1/4 oz
Lemon Juice	1.4 oz
Nicolas Feuillatte	2 oz

Procedure

1. Fill mixing glass with ice

2. Add first three ingredients

3. Hard shake for 15 seconds

4. Strain into flute glass

5. Top with champagne tableside

6. Garnish with lemon peel
