• Glass: Wine Glass

• Garnish: Lemon Wheel and Mint Bouquet

St. Germaine	.5oz
Prosecco	4oz
Soda Water	1oz
Mint Sprig	1

Procedure

1. Add St. Germaine and 1 mint sprig

2. Gently muddle and let rest for a minute

3. Add Prosecco and soda

4. Granish with fresh Mint bouquet and lemon wheel

this will not fill the wine glass to the top, do not Top Off
