Rocks glass
1.5oz Bacardi silver
.25oz St Germaine
.5oz Fresh lime juice
Bar spoon of brown sugar
6 Mint leaves
Top with Ginger Beer
In shaker Tin
Muddle 6 Mint Leaves. Brown Sugar, and Lime Juice
Add Rum, St germaine and shake until tin is frosty
Strain over fresh ice top with ginger beer
Garnish with rosemary and lime wheel
