Espolan Blanco	1.5oz
Simple Syrup	1.5 oz	Simple Syrup
Lime	1.5oz
Red Wine	Float

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients into shaker with ice

2. Hard shake for 10 sec

3. Coat rim of glass with sugar

4. Strain into glass

5. Float .25oz of red wine
