• GARNISH: Three raspberries skewered

• STRAW

Gin, refer to menu	2oz
Raspberry Syrup	.5oz
Lime Juice	1oz
Ginger beer	Top Off

Procedure

1. Add gin lime juice and raspberry syrup and Shaker with ice and shake and till well chill.

2. strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice.

3. Top with Ginger beer.

4. garnish with a skewer of three fresh raspberries. and a straw
