Procedure

  1. Add 2 Coffee beans to shaker and crush

  2. Add remainder of ingredients with ice

  3. Fine strain into champagne Flute

  4. Express Lemon peel and drop 1 coffee bean

this will not fill the wine glass to the top, do not Top Off
