Cucumber Smash

• GLASS: Collins

• GARNISH: Cucumber wheel & Mint Leaf

Ingredients	Amount
Grey Goose vodka	2 oz
Lime Juice	1 oz
Simple Syrup	1 oz
Mint Leaves	10 ea
Cucumber Wheels sliced 1/8"	2 ea
Ginger Beer	Fill

Procedure

1. Add all ingredients, except ginger beer to shaker tin and muddle

2. Add ice and shake

3. Strain over fresh ice in collins glass

4. Garnish with cucumber wheel and mint leaf
