Double Rocks

2oz Beefeater Gin
2oz Tonic Water
.5oz Spiced Simple syrup
.5oz OJ

1. Place Ice in Mixing Glass

2. Place all ingredients in Mixing glass

3. Stir gently to incorporate

4. Strain over fresh ice

5. Garnish Push 5 cloves into flesh of orange, place rosemary next to orange and add 5 all spice

Float garnish on top of Ice.
