Garnish: LIME WEDGE, MINT SPRIG

White Rum | 2 oz |
Lime Juice | 3/4 oz |
Simple Syrup | 1/2 oz |
Mint Leaves | 3 ea |
Club Soda | Splash |
Procedure
In a shaker, lightly muddle mint with simple syrup
Add ice, rum, lime juice and shake
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
garnish with a Lime wedge and a sprig of mint
