Glass: frozen martini glass

Elizabeth vodka | 2oz |
Fino Sherry | 1oz |
White Honey | 1 bar spoon |
Sel Gris | 3 sprays (80grams water 20 grams sel gris) |
Procedure
Stir all ingredients for 30 sec
place cherry in bottom of glass
Double strain into glass
Spritz 3 sprays of Sel Gris over glass
