• GARNISH: orange

Ingredients	Amount
Cochi vermouth	1oz
campari	1oz
Proisecco	1 oz

Procedure

1. Build ingredients, except prodsecco, into a mixing glass with ice

2. Stir for 15-20 seconds

3. Strain into rocks glass over big cube

4. Add 1oz of prosecco

5. add orange peel
